Every engagement at Mahkota begins with a period of careful listening. We do not arrive with a pre-built framework to overlay on your business. We arrive with questions, and we take your answers seriously.
We work best when clients feel comfortable sharing the whole picture — including the parts they are uncertain or anxious about. That kind of openness allows us to offer something more useful than surface-level observations.

First Light Review
RM 600
A calm first session for owners who would like a clearer, unhurried view of the business. We talk through your current position, look gently at the key details, and note the few areas worth attention. You receive a short written reflection and a handful of considered next steps, with no pressure to continue.
What is included
- One advisory session (90–120 minutes)
- Short written reflection document
- Considered next steps noted in writing
- No obligation to continue beyond this session
- Available in-person (KL) or by video

Reading Lamp Advisory

A practical engagement for owners ready to think a calm plan through for the months ahead. Together we look across operations, pricing, and customer care, drawing up realistic steps at a comfortable pace. Each idea is weighed against your own circumstances.
What is included
- Two working sessions (each 90–120 minutes)
- Written advisory plan covering key areas
- One follow-up review session (30–45 minutes)
- Email access to your advisor between sessions
- Available in-person (KL) or by video

Long Evening Programme

An ongoing advisory relationship for owners who value steady, focused support across the year. We meet regularly to review progress, talk decisions through calmly, and adjust direction gently as things change. Our most complete offering, shaped patiently around your priorities.
What is included
- Monthly advisory session (90–120 minutes)
- Shared ongoing written plan, updated monthly
- Email and phone access between sessions
- Priority scheduling for additional sessions if needed
- Annual review and direction-setting session at no extra cost
